We collect certain information or data about you when you join MAM, visit the Website or use any of the Website forms.  This includes the following;

• Any information which you provide (including your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) and other information associated with your IAM and MAM Memberships
• Your IP address and information about your browser
• Visit and website usage Information which is collected through the use of cookies and page tagging techniques
• When you receive MAM’s email communications, we will use email tracking (e.g. open rates and links clicked)

 What do we use the information for?

We want to give our members the best possible service and therefore need key information to provide our membership services to you.

• MAM uses your personal data to deliver training and to inform you of MAM’s news, social meetings and other related events
• We may pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so, or if we have to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements. This may include disclosing to other companies and organisations in connection with fraud protection and credit risk reduction
• Other than as described above, we will not pass on your personal details to any third party without your permission

 Where your information is stored

We store your information, whenever possible, on secure servers in the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of our suppliers are based outside the EEA and therefore your information may be accessed outside the EEA. We have strict controls over how and why your information can be accessed. If our suppliers store your information in the US, we ensure it is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield framework.
